(KINDER, GRADES 1-3)
1) The Department of Education, Schools Division of Abra, through the FY 2026 Funds intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos (₱2, 209, 933.00.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Printing and Delivery of Reading Materials for Key Stage 1 (Kinder, Grades 1-3). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Education, Schools Division of Abra now invites bids for the Printing and Delivery of Reading Materials for Key Stage 1 (Kinder, Grades 1-3) using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) evaluation approach. Delivery of the Goods is required within ninety (90) calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
