The CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE BOARD (CESB), through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested printing services providers to submit quotations for the procurement project described hereunder in accordance with Section 53 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184 otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act.
