The services relate to the provision of paper, flashing, printing, shaping and delivery of the City's various communication media, comprising four (4) positions: • Position No. 1: printing of the municipal information magazine BLR Mag • Position No. 2: printing of the Agenda • Position No. 3: wrapping in film • Position No. 4 : printing of the cultural season brochure The graphic design of these documents is managed by the Communication department. The framework agreement for lot 1 is concluded for an initial period of one year from its date of notification. It is then tacitly renewable, 3 times, for a further period of one year, without being able to exceed 4 years.
