Numera Palvelut Oy's procurement services are asking their customers for a quote for printing, copying and printing services as well as envelopes in accordance with the tender documents. The object of the acquisition is printing services and copying and printing services, services according to the accessibility directive (folding service and publication online), magazines printing services, printable envelopes, indoor and outdoor signs and signage. The acquisition also includes e.g. online bookstore, folding services, electronic order system and graphic design. The procurement is divided into six (6) parts: 1. Printing services 2. Accessible services (folding and publishing online) 3. Copying and printing services 4. Newspaper printing 5. Envelopes 6. Signs inside properties and signs The competition is carried out using an open procedure, on the basis of which a maximum of four (4) contract suppliers with the most points in the comparison and who meet the suitability requirements are selected for each sub-unit. As a selection basis for competition is overall economic affordability and the basis of comparison is the best price-quality ratio. If several bidders get the same score, the procurement unit will draw lots to select the supplier. Lottery is an accepted method in legal practice. The contract period is four (4) years. The contract between the procuring entity and the service provider is considered to have been created only when the procurement decision has gained legal force or when the Market Court has given the contract enforcement permission, and the procurement has been signed...
