Tenders are invited for Printer/ Scanner/Copier Machine.

the amount of fifteen percent (15%) of the total bid price. Bid security may be bid/performance. A non-refundable amount of $15.

The GUAM WATERWORKS AUTHORITY, will receive sealed bids for Printer/ Scanner/

Copier Machine, in GWA IFB. NO. 2019-19 Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m.Chamorro

Standard Time, May 22________, 2019 at the GWA Procurement Office, first floor located at the

Gloria B. Nelson Public Services Building in Mangilao at which time and place all bids will be

publicly opened and read aloud. AH bids must be accompanied by a Bid / Performance Bond, in

the amount of fifteen percent (15%) of the total bid price. Bid security may be bid/performance

bond, Surety Bond, certified check or cashier check made payable to Guam Waterworks Authority.

A non-refundable amount of $15.00 is required for the purchase price of every set of bidding

documents which are available at the GWA Procurement Office. Bidders can download a bid

package at www.auamwaterworks.org without charge, although vendors are strongly encouraged

to contact or visit GWA Procurement Office to register to ensure that updated information, notices

or bid amendments are distributed to you.

GWA reserves the right to revise or reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor imperfection

in the bid proposal in the interest of the Guam Waterworks Authority.
