The Punilla Cordillera Local Public Education Service requires a supply agreement for the provision of preventive and corrective maintenance services for printers and equipment. multifunctional systems installed in the educational establishments and dependencies under their administration, in order to ensure the operational continuity of the administrative, pedagogical and institutional management processes. This agreement is intended guarantee the correct functioning and availability of the equipment through the timely execution of maintenance, repairs, specialized technical diagnoses and the supply of spare parts when appropriate, contributing to the continuity of the printing and document management services, as well as the efficient use of public resources. In this context, the duration of the supply agreement is contemplated for a period of 2 years from the signing of the contract.
