Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PRINTED PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES (REVENUE CODE) SECOND BID OPENING
1) The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich, through the General Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP 697, 500.00) PR # GF-2026-1057 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Printed Publication of Ordinances (Revenue Code) SECOND BID OPENING. Bids received in excess of the ABC per item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich now invites bids for Printed Publication of Ordinances (Revenue Code) SECOND BID OPENING. Delivery of the Goods is required Fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
