The HALO Trust is the largest international non-profit organization that has been clearing mines and explosive ordnance in 30 countries and territories around the world for 35 years. The HALO Trust has been working in the east of Ukraine since 2015. And after a full-scale invasion Russia in February 2022, when mines, cluster munitions and other explosive objects became an urgent humanitarian challenge for the entire country, we are working in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions. We announce on conducting a tender procurement for the supply of printed products, for BO "BF HALO TRUST UKRAINE". Subject of procurement: A5 stickers — 115, 000 pcs. Notebooks (32 sheets) — 34, 000 pcs. Financial and logistic conditions: Settlement: cashless; the possibility of prepayment is negotiated additionally. Delivery: conditions and terms are agreed (the participant must specify the deadline in the offer). Technical parameters: Stickers: Format A5, material — rafflatak with perforation, coating — glossy UV varnish, 6 types Notebooks: Block — offset 70 g/m² (cell 2+2), 32 sheets (64 pages), Cover — chalk 200 g/m² (print 4+4) with protective varnish 1+0. Format 170x205 mm., fastening with 2 staples, 19 types of layouts are provided to the winner after summing up the results. Procedure for submitting a proposal: To participate in the tender, the Participant must provide the following package of documents: Price offer (exclusively according to the established form of the customer - Appendix 1).
