Tender Details

The client owns 1, 208 printing devices, distributed in 231 locations in the Republic of Croatia, which are organized in 17 Forest Management Branches, the Central Location Directorate and 213 smaller work units/Forestries. The system for monitoring and managing printing is PaperCut MF. The client owns the licensorneither the PaperCut MF printing monitoring and management system for 3, 000 users, while licenses are purchased separately for MF devices. The ordering party will also accept other solutions in agreement with the Bidder for monthly indicators of the number of pages. The selected bidder will, together with the Client, exempt the initial counters withpages from the printer and/or Papercut MF system during the handover of the print fleet and take over all the existing toners in the devices according to the percentage of toner filling, and compensate the Client for the amount of the possible number of prints at the price offered cpp (cost per printed page)
