Principal Contractor Kings Meadows Community Health Centre Redevelopment
The works the subject of this RFT includes: Demolition of the existing Joan Marshall Building and construction of a new building that prioritises the delivery of 18 renal dialysis bays; and Modifications to the surrounding car parking area to improve building entry and egress and associated amenities. This will include a new undercover patient and visitor drop-off zone, a landscaped courtyard to the rear of the new building, and improvements to the soft landscape across the KMCHC site.
Prequalification : Only Contractors or Consultants prequalified with the Department of Treasury and Finance Prequalification Scheme are eligible to tender. Tenderers must be prequalified at or above the financial limit specified, or to a value equal to or greater than the tendered price.
