Tender are invited for Prince William Sound/Copper River Regional Planning Team MeetingTuesday, May 6th, 9:00 a.m.The Cordova Center601 1st Street, Cordova, AlaskaA virtual meeting option will be available. The Prince William Sound/Copper River Regional Planning Team (RPT) will hold its annual meeting at the above date and time. RPTs are a valuable part of the State of Alaska-s salmon fishery enhancement program. RPTs are advisory to the commissioner of Alaska Department of Fish and Game (ADF&G). RPTs are composed of six members, three are ADF&G staff appointed by the commissioner and three are fishery representatives appointed by the regional aquaculture association. RPT meetings are open to the public and public participation is encouraged. The agenda for this meeting is under development. Hatchery annual management plans are commonly reviewed at this meeting. Discussion will include updating the Comprehensive Salmon Plan. Further discussion may include other topics related to hatchery-produced salmon.
