Brief description of the procurement: The Social Insurance Board wants to find PRIDE trainers (trainings are conducted in pairs of trainers, i.e. two trainers), whose task is to conduct PRIDE training for foster families. PRIDE training is about preparing families, a development and support model aimed at increasing the quality of care provided in care, guardianship and adoptive families. The training gives families the knowledge and skills to raise a child who has lost their birth family and helps them to bring the child into the family prepare consciously and thoroughly. The trainings are conducted in both Estonian and Russian. The tender is divided into two parts. The bidder can make a bid for one part or both parts.
