The Łódź Plant in Łódź cordially invites contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the regeneration and repair of controllers and power supplies for wicket doors dismantled from electric multiple units (EMU) type EN57 - AKM and AL.1. List of components for regeneration: Controller type: RDCU - V2 - ETH (removed from EN57 - AKM 3003) - 3 pcs. Power supply type: SPC/Q 111528/18 version 0901 (removed from EN57 - AL 1251 and 1479) - 2 pcs. Controller type: SIEMENS type. TR - 18 (dismantled from EN57 - AL 1251 and 1479) - 2 pcs.2. Terms of collection and logistics (Place of implementation): Address of the delivery and collection point: POLREGIO S.A., Grupa Magazynowa Częstochowa, ul. 1 Maja 7E, 42-200 Częstochowa. Terms of delivery and acceptance: Delivery for repair: The Ordering Party (POLREGIO S.A.) will deliver the damaged components to the Contractor's headquarters/workshop at his own expense (e.g. by courier or own transport). Return after repair: After completing the order, the Contractor is obliged to pack and deliver the regenerated, fully functional components back to the address of the Warehouse Group in Częstochowa at his own expense and risk (the cost of sending back the functional parts should be immediately included in the price presented by the Contractor regeneration).Each shipment and receipt of components will be documented with a protocol or warehouse document (e.g. WZ).3.
