Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, UPGRADES, REPAIRS & REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED COMPONENTS FOR THE EMERGENCY PUBLIC ADDRESS & WARNING ALERT SYSTEM
1. The City Government of Muntinlupa, through its duly approved 2025 Executive Budget intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (P3, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Preventive Maintenance, Upgrades, Repairs & Replacement of Damaged Components for the Emergency Public Adress & Warning Alert System/1939. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Muntinlupa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 120 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
