Use of Provincial General Services Office
1) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the budget for the contract approved
by the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends
to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (P 450, 000.00) being
the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
Preventive Maintenance Services of Elevators for Use of Provincial General
Services Office(2026-000570 REBIDDING). Bids received in excess of the ABC for
each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management
Unit, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is
required until December 31, 2026 after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should
have completed, at least within the last 10 years from the date of submis...
