Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES (PMS)
OF FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM
ITB NO. 2026-225
1) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med), through the General Appropriations Act
(GAA) for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of (Two Million Pesos)
(PhP2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) of Fire Protection
System under ITB No. 2026-225. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med) now invites bids for the Preventive Maintenance
Service (PMS) of Fire Protection System. Delivery shall be within ninety (90) calendar
days upon issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the
last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to
