The anticipated performance period is for a base year plus a 2-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
The Government is planning a Site Visit and the date for this visit will be stated in the solicitation.
Offerors/Quoters shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.203-1. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror-s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given.
