Description : Preventive Maintenance Services and Repair Works for Two (2) Motor Vehicle units of IPOPHL: 1 LOT
Scope of Works:
1. Vehicle Covered
• Preventive maintenance services and necessary repair services shall be provided for the two (2) Ford Territory, Model Year 2020, with security plate numbers NFX-1406 and NFX-1819.
2. Preventive Maintenance Services
Preventive maintenance shall be performed every 10, 000 kilometers and shall include, but not be limited to the following:
• Replacement of engine oil (fully synthetic. Ford specified)
• Replacement of oil filter
• Cleaning or replacement of air filter
• Replacement of cabin filter
• Replacement of drain plug gasket
• Replacement of fuel filter
• Brake cleaning and inspection
• Tire rotation and balancing
• Battery condition check
• Inspection and topping up of all fluids (brake, coolant, power steering, windshield washer)
• Engine detailing
• Diagnostic scanning (OBD), if necessary
