Description : Procurement of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Services for IPOPHL Official Motor Vehicles: 3 LOTS
Scope of Work:
1. The Service Provider(s) shall render a comprehensive range of preventive and corrective maintenance services for the sixteen (16) IPOPHL service vehicles listed below, ensuring their continued roadworthiness, safety, and operational reliability. Awarding may be made to more than one Service Provider, subject to the following conditions:
1.1 Toyota vehicles shall be serviced exclusively by Toyota-authorized service centers;
1.2 Ford vehicles shall be serviced exclusively by Ford authorized service centers;
1.3 Hino vehicles shall be serviced exclusively by Hino authorized service centers.
2. Each awarded Service Provider shall perform maintenance and repair services only for the specific vehicle brand for which they are duly accredited and authorized.
