PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF
FIRETRUCKS AND AMBULANCE/VEHICLES
(3RD QUARTER 2026)
1) The Bureau of Fire Protection - Region VIII (BFP-RVIII), through the General Appropriation Act CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Pesos (₱3, 258, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Preventive Maintenance of Firetrucks and Ambulance/Vehicles (3RD Quarter CY 2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BFP-VIII now invites bids for Preventive Maintenance of Firetrucks and Ambulance/Vehicles (3RD Quarter CY 2026) (See Section VI. Schedule of Requirements). Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
