The services consist of preventive maintenance and restarting pool water treatment, heating, ventilation and domestic water production facilities, in weekly operating control visits, in the end before winter and to repair them. Special services in order to ensure the sustainability of the facilities, such as the replacement of broken or failing parts, the constitution of a stock of parts or equipment requiring their imminent replacement and ultimately the order of wear or consumable parts whose replacement is planned during the market, are also included in this market. These services will be performed before, during and after the season following the methods set in the special specifications.
