Preventive maintenance and services for Generator Sets for CY 2026
The UP Open University, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) General Appropriations Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Procurement of “Preventive maintenance and services for Generator Sets for CY 2026” (IB No. 26-01-001). Bids received in excess of the approved budget for the contract (ABC) shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The UPOU now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
