The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following in support of the Boise VA Medical Center, located at 500 Fort Street, Boise, Idaho 83702-4501.
The Boise VA Medical Center has a need for a base plus four (4) option year contract for preventative maintenance and repair service for an Illumina NextSeq 2000 Sequencing System.
Specific Tasks. For base year and all 4 option years the following shall be covered:
One annual preventative maintenance visit
Control software and hardware updates
Target of 2 business day response time for service calls
Full coverage for on-site labor, parts, travel
Remote technical support, Monday through Friday, 18 hours/day
Application support which includes onsite troubleshooting and repair
Service provided by only authorized and factory certified Illumina technicians
