Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES OF EXPLOSIVE TRACE DETECTION SYSTEM, FIRST DETECT, TRACER 1000 FOR THE OFFICE FOR TRANSPORTATION SECURITY

1. The Office for Transportation Security (OTS), through the OTS Fund FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Four Hundred Pesos (P 6, 400, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Public Biding No. 2024-03-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Office for Transportation Security now invites bids for the Procurement Activity of the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
