The National Nutrition Council invites interested parties to bid for the Preventive Maintenance of airconditioning units in NNC-Central Office for CY 2026 with the following specifications:
Quantity: 43 units per quarter
A. Scope of Maintenace works
1. Check-up & Genera; Cleaning of the following units:
• 20 units Window type
• 17 units Split type
• 6 units Wall mounted
2. Inspect all components of the system, check operation and make all necessary adjustment, clean equipment, evaporator, condenser coils, wash air filters, drain line and drain pans
3. Lubricate all moving parts where and when possible
4. Check all thermostat and electrical controls
5. Test the system for refrigerant leaks;
6. Inspect belts and adjust if necessary for correct tension and alignment.
