The purpose of this contract is to provide preventive and curative maintenance services for a laser engraving machine from the TROTEC brand, Speedy 300 model (S38205) for the Municipal Funeral Director of the City of Marseille. This machine acquired by the RMPF in May 2023 is no longer under warranty. This machine is used to: Engrave plaques for coffins, urns, and all elements required for funeral convoys, Engrave, on behalf of families, inscriptions on objects which are then placed on the funerary monuments. This is a mixed market: A part at a global and fixed price for preventive maintenance services (item 1) A part at unit prices, with purchase orders, for services maintenance curative (poste 2)
