Tender Details

Preventive and curative maintenance of inverters from the GPM GENESIS laboratory. To guarantee the operation of microscopes and large instruments, the GPM laboratory and the GENESIS platform are equipped with inverters. In order to guarantee their proper functioning and the safety of the installations, these inverters must be maintained regularly. The contract generally includes: a fixed part for preventive maintenance, subject to a DPGF, a part with purchase orders for curative maintenance and for spare parts subject to a BPU. The market includes a firm tranche and several optional tranches. Each tranche constitutes a coherent whole described below: Firm tranche: Maintenance from 09/01/2026 to 08/31/2027 Tranche optional n°1: Maintenance from 09/01/2027 to 08/31/2028 Optional tranche n°2: Maintenance from 09/01/2028 to 08/31/2029 Optional tranche n°3: Maintenance from 09/01/2029 to 08/31/2030 The execution of each optional tranche will be subject to the decision of the buyer to confirm it, notified to the holder by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by email with acknowledgment of receipt.
