This framework agreement is enforceable from its date of notification until 12/31/2026. The maximum amounts of the purchase order framework agreement for each execution period (from the date of notification until 12/31/2026 then for each tacit renewal of one year) are set as follows: For the 1st year 2026: Maximum annual amount of: 40, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax or 48, 000.00 euro(s) including tax.
