Tender Details

This framework agreement is concluded from its date of notification until 12/31/2026. It may then be subject to 2 tacit renewal(s) of one year on January 1 of each year without its term exceeding 12/31/2028. The service provider cannot oppose it. Any decision not to renew will be notified within a maximum period of 2 months before the end date of the period in question and will not entitle the holder to compensation. Early renewal may also take place in the event of reaching the maximum amount during said period. In this case, written notification of the renewal will be sent to the holder. As this is a framework agreement which sets out all the contractual stipulations, purchase orders can be issued until the last day of validity of this framework agreement.
