The Service Will Include The Execution Of Preventive Maintenance Scheduled Accordingly To the manufacturer's specifications and the mileage of each unit, as well as the attention to corrective maintenance resulting from failures or defects that occur during the term of the contract. The works may include, but are not limited to: But not limited to, Oil and Filter Change, Brake Review and Replacement, Suspension, Steering, Tuning, Cooling System, Electrical System, Transmission, Engine, Computerized Diagnostics, Repair of Mechanical Failures, Alignment and Balancing, As well as the supply and installation of spare parts, lubricants and other supplies necessary for the correct repair of the units among other services. The Service Provider must have the technical capacity, specialized personnel, Tools, Equipment and Infrastructure Necessary to Perform Work in a Timely Manner and Compatible with the Specifications of Each Vehicle.
