Anesthesia belonging to various services of the Hospital del Salvador", which includes preventive and corrective maintenance work, of all the Mechanical Ventilators and Anesthesia Machine and their components used for the correct functioning of these, including the control elements, all in accordance with the Technical Specifications that make up these Bases. That, according to the definition of numeral 10 of Article 4 of the Regulations of Law No. 19, 886, a Service Contract is one through the which State Administration entities entrust a natural or legal person with the execution of tasks;
