This consultation concerns the preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet of elevators and goods lifts of the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service of Seine-et-Marne (SDIS 77). Place(s) of execution: Seine-et-Marne (different SDIS 77 sites : see appendix 1 of the CCTP). Estimated start date for services: JULY 2026. The contract is awarded in the form of an adapted procedure in application of articles R.2123-1-1° and R.2123-4 to R.2123-6 of the Public Order Code. This is a mixed market: - Ordinary for services relating to preventive maintenance; - Framework agreement with purchase orders awarded to an economic operator governed by articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the CCP for the provision of corrective and on-demand maintenance. The contract takes effect from its notification date for a period of one (1) year. It is tacitly renewable three times on the anniversary date for an identical period. The total duration cannot exceed 4 years.
