Tender Details

The purpose of this consultation is to ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of the fire safety system installed on the RTM sites (2 lots). LOT 1 - PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE OF THE SITE DEF FIRE SAFETY SYSTEM, DEPOTS AND PARKING PARKS OF THE RTM URBAN ESTABLISHMENT. LOT 2 - PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE OF THE FIRE SAFETY SYSTEM OF THE RTM-S INTERURBAN AND RAIL ESTABLISHMENTS. The services are described and carried out in accordance with the provisions of this CCAP and its annex and the CCTP and its annexes. These are framework agreements within the meaning of articles L2125-1.1° and R2162-2 et seq. of the Code. Each framework agreement is concluded with a single economic operator and executed: - in part by the issuance of purchase orders, for the services described in the contractual documents (under the conditions set out in articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code); - and in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts for the needs of which all contractual stipulations are not set out in the framework agreement documents (in accordance with articles R2162-7, R2162-11 and R2162-12 of the Code). Pursuant to article R2162-4 of the Code, each contract is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount over their initial duration (4 years), namely: - Lot 1: €630, 000 excluding tax. - Lot 2: €117, 000 excluding tax. For each renewal period (1 year), the maximum commitment amount is as follows: - Lot 1: €158, 000 excluding tax. - Lot 2: 30 000 € excluding tax. These are public service contracts which refer to the General Administrative Clauses applicable to public contracts for current supplies and services (CCAG/FCS), approved by the decree of March 30, 2021.
