Products or services: Elevator maintenance services Integra Foundation, requires acquiring the services of PREVENTIVE, CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE AND EMERGENCY VISIT, FOR THE DIFFERENT ELEVATORS AND ELEVATORS OF CHILDREN'S GARDENS, NURSES AND REGIONAL OFFICE OF FUNDACIÓN INTEGRA, LOS LAGOS REGION", in accordance with the provisions of these Special Administrative Bases, General Administrative Bases, Technical Bases, and Annexes. This public tender is governed, as pertinent to the legal nature of Fundación Integra as a legal entity under private law, by Law NO19, 886, on Bases on Administrative Contracts for the Supply and Provision of Services and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree NO 661, of 2024, of Treasury; by Law NO19, 880, which establishes Bases of the Administrative Procedures that Govern the Acts of the Bodies of the State Administration; by these Special Administrative Bases, General Administrative Bases, Technical Bases and Annexes; for the queries that the bidders eventually make within the framework of the bidding process and the responses provided by the Foundation; for the clarifications to the Bases formulated by Integra and its modifications, if any, as they contribute to determining their scope and meaning.
