Technical Requirements shall include the following but not limited to: 1) Experience in serving Eppendorf epMotion 50752) Unlimited phone support3) On-site hardware troubleshooting and repair4) All factory only recommended parts5) Factory software updates6) Annual on-site preventative maintenanceThe result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
