Red river army depot (rrad) will be issuing a sole source request for proposal (rfp) in accordance with far 6.302-1 for oem preventative maintenance, software updates, and on-call repair services for desma rubber injection molding presses. Services performed on the presses can only be performed by the oem, desma usa, inc., hebron, ky, cage code 1ta17. This requirement will be procured as a standalone contract with a target award date of april 2, 2018.
