PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE (PM) AND REPAIR SERVICES FOR THE REFINERY`S TRANSFORMERS AND SUBSTATIONS- REGEN 2020

Petrojam Limited hereby invites bids from bidders for the procurement Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Repair Services for the Refinery`s Transformers and Substations- Regen 2020 at its Refinery located at 96 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston.

Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders are required to submit the following with their bids:
1. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate or Tax Compliance Letter;
2. A valid copy of the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) [formerly NCC] Certificate of Registration in the category of Electrical Works, Grade 2 minimum.

Collection of Bidding Documents
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English will be available for download as at Tuesday, June 16, 2020 on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website www.gojep.gov.jm. Registration instructions available on the website listed on the system. Registration is required for vendors to participate in the Tender.

Clarifications
Request for clarification will be accommodated up to Thursday, July 2, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. sharp. All clarification will be facilitated through the electronic platform only (www.gojep.gov.jm)

Site Visit
A mandatory Site Visit will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Petrojam Limited, Kingston Refinery, 96 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, Jamaica, W.I. location. All bidders are required to contact Ms. Shaneekay Elliot at (876) 923-8611-5 or email: [emailprotected] to make arrangements to attend. Safety shoes, hats, pants, shirts, coveralls and glasses are required for the Site Visit. Failure to attend the Site Visit shall result in the rejection of the bidder`s bid.

Deadline for Submission of Bids
Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) calendar days after the bid closing and must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than Monday, July 6, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.

Bid Opening
Online Bid Opening takes place on Monday, July 6, 2020 at 2:05 p.m. An online bid opening report will be sent to all Bidders that submitted a proposal.

Petrojam Limited is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to terminate the bid process at any point prior to the award of contract without incurring any liability to any of the participants.
