The proposed project consists of the following: The contractor will provide preventative maintenance and repair services for site wide gates and barriers on NIST, Boulder, Campus. This project is to perform preventative/corrective maintenance on four traffic gates, three rolling gates, and two pop-up barriers at the Boulder campus and one rolling gate at the Fort Collins site for a one-year period, and for four optional one-year periods to comply with current standards on the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) site. This requirement is assigned a NAICS code of 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard of $25.0 million for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Boulder, Colorado.
