The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West, JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to Getinge USA Sales LLC for Department of Healthcare Technology Maintenance for preventative maintenance services at Brooke Army Medical Center, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The contract will be awarded to Getinge USA Sales LLC, under the authority of RFO Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.102(a). This contract will be issued for a base performance period of 01 July 2026 - 30 June 2027 with 1 option year 01 July 2027- 30 June 2028.

In order for the Government to consider another source, the capability statement must identify the source's ability to provide preventative services to include repair, parts and labor services for Cardiohelp Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) Units that meets or exceeds the Original Equipment Manufacturer standards.
The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
