Project Description : 1. The RFP is only open to those Prequalified parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor Safety status in the following category: C7400600 Buildings Mechanical Contractor2.The scope of this contract includes preventative maintenance and repair of various mechanical, and plumbing systems and devices for facility management. This work includes but is not limited to;HVAC - Air Handling Units, Furnaces, Make Up Air Units, Heat Recovery Units, Roof Top Units, Humidifiers, Air Conditioning Units, Fan Coils, VAV and Fans, Radiant Heating, Infrared Heaters, Cabinet Unit Heaters, Filter Replacement.Plumbing - Backflow Preventers, Valves, Pumps & Motors, Storage Tank, Expansion Tanks, Cisterns, Grey Water Systems, Sump Pit Mechanical Systems, Water Softeners, Domestic Hot Water Heaters, Water Features, Steam Generators.The RFP has the below two (2) schedules.Schedule A: HVAC and Plumbing for Center DistrictSchedule B: HVAC and Plumbing for North and South Districts3.
