Tarpaulin hall The acquisition is a tarpaulin hall (cold/dry hall) and the dryer used in the tarpaulin hall. The tarpaulin hall is used to store materials in Haapajärvi. The delivery includes installation of the hall as well as dryer installation and piping. Procurement the relevant requirements are described in Appendix 1 Specification of Tarsuhalli requirements. The contract terms for the procurement are described in the request for tender and its appendix JYSE 2025 GOODS General contract conditions for public procurement in goods procurement (appendix 2). Provided the terms and conditions of the request for tender are inconsistent with its appendices, the terms and requirements presented in the request for tender apply first and then the appendices in their ascending order. The tarpaulin hall is erected on a predefined asphalt field (field size 16 m x 40 m). The provider has the opportunity to get to know the installation site in advance. Instructions for familiarization can be found in the "Other information/Other matters" section of the request for quotation. The customer is responsible for the electrical and automation work required to bring the tarpaulin hall into working order: lights inside the hall, dryer electrical work, automation work and other electrical work, such as cabling.
