Tenders Are Invited For The Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development is pleased to invite you to participate in the practice of submitting internal designs for internal divisions in the Ministry in accordance with the specifications attached to the attachments: - Registering companies in the supplier registry system, updating tax data in the federal financial system with the Ministry of Finance and submitting a quote on the electronic purchasing system is mandatory to accept your bids, This is so that we can take purchase procedures and contract with the company that wonBid. - The provisions of Cabinet Resolution No. (4) of 2019 regarding the procurement regulations and warehouse management in the Federal Government and its annexes, which companies acknowledge once subscribing to the tender, have been observed that they have been read and read and agree to all the terms and laws of the ministry - need to submit technical and financial offers in the form of two separate electronic files And attached to the electronic procurement system in Arabic. - The necessity to separate the value-added tax fromThe value of the project in the submitted price offer - the offer submitted for the practice must be valid for a period of ninety days (90 days) from the date specified for the opening of the practice - a primary insurance (primary bank guarantee) must be attached with each bid whose value exceeds (1, 000, 000) million Dirhams, and that is in the form of an unconditional and irreversible bank guarantee letter issued to the order of the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development from one of the banks operating in the country.Whoever is not less than (5%) of the estimated value of the bid and that its duration is not less than 90 days from the date of the bid (minimum 3 months). - The original bank guarantee must be delivered manually at the Ministrys headquarters in Abu Dhabi on the same day the practice is closed with a copy of it attached to the system or the company will be excluded. - In case the project is awarded, the winning company must provide us with a bank guarantee (final insurance) issued by one of the banks operating in the country at a value of (10%) ten.In percent of the value of the project, it is not subject to cancellation, unconditional and valid for the period of execution of this contract in addition to the subsequent 90 days (3 months) in return for good execution of work.
