Tender Details

The object of the procurement is the set of presentation technical (AV) support services needed for the events of the Tampere higher education community. This is a supplementary support service for the subscriber's own AV operations: events are mainly carried out by the subscriber's own AV staff and with the help of a fixed AV infrastructure, and the framework arrangement is used to ensure the adequacy of the resource and equipment in situations where the own capacity is not sufficient or the special technical requirements of the event require it. Procurement may include event-specific delivery of performance technical equipment and related services, equipment transport, set-up and dismantling, technical personnel (for example AV technicians and road crews), event-specific technical planning and coordination as well as other support services related to the execution of the event as described in the request for tenders. The procurement establishes a framework arrangement for which no more than four (4) service providers are selected. During the contract period, the subscriber places event-specific orders from suppliers selected for the framework arrangement. The customer does not have a quantity purchase obligation.
