Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA) invites tenderers to prequalification for the procurement of a framework agreement for up to 12 work boats and spare parts. The procurement will be carried out as a negotiated procedure, divided into a prequalification phase (this phase) and a tender phase. The objective of the procurement is to meet the Norwegian Armed Forces' need for work boats. The work boats shall function as seamobile platforms for military teams, including military diving teams and military EOD teams. The work boats must be available both with and without diving configuration, thereby achieving a standardised workboat across several departments in the Norwegian Armed Forces, conucting coastal operations in civilian areas, near military installations and in harbour areas. FMA seeks, to the extent possible, solutions that have been in operation and have documented performance. FMA plans delivery/partial delivery of the first order before the end of 2027. Before the end of the framework agreement and upon the contracting authorities request, the contractor has the obligation to provide an offer for a Follow On Technical Support (FOTS) Agreement on the same terms and conditions as the framework agreement.
