Prequalified Bidders will provide pricing in conjunction with drawings, specifications, and CENTRUS- design intent document(s), for the fabrication, and installation, including all labour, material, equipment and supervision required for the complete supply and installation of fire-rated glazed curtainwall system and other curtainwall systems on the project.The description of the Interior East and West, and exterior Hall of Honour (HOH) Fire Rated Curtain Walls and Contractor-s Scope of Work includes but is not limited to: The North and South curtainwalls will span 6 storeys and contain approximately 300 m2 of fire-rated glazing. Only the North and South curtainwalls in the courtyards are 6 storeys in height. Scope includes but is not limited to these and other curtainwalls on the Project. The curtain wall system will be vertically supported at the base of each panel on the floors. Brackets for lateral support are required at the top and bottom of each panel. The assumed maximum total system weight is 1.1 vkPa The exterior face will be mechanically secured by deep custom pressure caps on the vertical joints, and structurally glazed on the horizontal joints. The glazing is intended to span from floor to floor, with a maximum panel height of approximately 4.60 m and a maximum panel width of 0.52 m.
