Scope of Work/Description : Prequalification of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Companies ANNExURE 1 SCOPE OF SERVICES A.,, INTRODUCTION QP intends to conduct a Prequalification Process to evaluate and prequalify the interested Non Destructive Testing (NDT) Companies wishing to provide NDT services for QP. After completing the Prequalification process, QP will issue an updated list for the prequalified NDT Companies. Only the Prequalified NDT Companies will be allowed to participate in providing future NDT services for QP, either directly as Contractor or indirectly as Subcontractor. The Prequalification Process will follow the requirements stated in QP Corporate standard: QP Standard for Non Destructive Testing-Part 1, Management System and Personnel Qualification, QP-STD-R-008-1 as follow: -,, NDT Companies will submit their Prequalification Documents for QP review -,, Then, after review, the successful Companies will be subjected to a Prequalification Audit to check their current capabilities. -,, Then, the prequalified list will be updated accordingly. B.,, SCOPE OF SERVICES 1.,, General Prequalified NDT Companies shall meet all the specified requirements in QP Corporate Standard: QP Standard for Non Destructive Testing-Part 1, Management System and Personnel Qualification, QP-STD-R-008-1 and the other Rules, Regulation, Philosophies and standards listed in attachments 1 and 2. The required NDT services shall be provided for QP projects and In-Service Facilities. The required services shall cover the conventional and advanced NDT methods and techniques. Only local NDT Companies, who have the required resources available in Qatar for auditing, are allowed to participate in this Prequalification Process. International and overseas NDT Companies should have local branches with all the required resources they wish to qualify. 2.,, Past experiences NDT Companies shall have adequate past experiences in the methods and techniques required for their prequalification. The prequalified list will indicate the range of approval for each Company. 3.,, HSEQ Management System NDT Companies shall have HSEQ Management System and resources in accordance with standard QP-STD-R-008-1 and Corporate Standard for Quality Requirements for Projects, QP-STD-Q-004 and other listed documents in Attachment 1. 4.,, NDT Personnel NDT Companies Personnel Education, Qualification and Experiences shall meet all the specified requirements in corporate standard QP-STD-R-008-1 and the listed documents in attachment 5. NDT Companies shall have Written Practice for NDT Personnel Qualification as per QP-STD-R-008-1. NDT personnel shall be available in Qatar for the interview during the
