This will serve as a Notice of Intended Procurement for the subsequent Tender as per Chapter nineteen: Government procurement of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement. General Contractor Prequalification for over 5 million dollar projects.
The London District Catholic School Board (LDCSB) invites interested General Contractors for subsequent Tender processes that includes the construction of one secondary school and one elementary plus any other projects that are approved by the Ministry of Education during the contract period.
Only Proponents that achieve an overall minimum score of 85% will be eligible for this prequalification list.
Only the Proponents selected, during the Prequalification procurement process, as Prequalified General Contractors will be eligible and invited to submit a bid for the subsequent Tenders.
The London District Catholic School Board is issuing this Request for Qualifications for General Contractors who are interested, qualified and are capable of undertaking the projects the LDCSB will be tendering.
