Prequalification Framework agreement - O-rings, seals and gaskets for use on the Navy's vessels The client intends to enter into a framework agreement with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 2 suppliers, which will cover the Armed Forces' needs for O-rings, seals and gaskets for use with maritime equipment. The equipment will mainly be acquired for the Navy's vessels. The framework agreement will also include up to 50 hours of annual consultancy and technical support. These hours must be incorporated into the prices offered. The framework agreement will not include O-rings, seals and gaskets where the Client has an exclusive agreement with the system supplier. As a general rule, the supplier is obliged to deliver original o-rings, seals and gaskets according to the original manufacturer and the original manufacturer's part number. Where it is not possible due to true manufacturer no longer exists / the material has been discontinued etc. the supplier can manufacture the material. Articles that naturally fall within the scope of the framework agreement must, if necessary, be included in the scope of the contract if the client want it. The same applies to replacement products and other products that naturally belong together with what the agreement covers. The competition has previously been announced and cancelled.
