Description: TenneT TSO GmbH (short Tennet) is as a power transmission system operator in the coming years before the challenge of realization of various overhead line, cable system and substation construction projects. An important aspect is the integration of natural and environmental concerns in the construction planning and execution. For this reason, TenneT TSO GmbH implements a continuous examination system (ie without a fixed subsidy period for application) for the precalification of appropriate providers (TED number 2018 / S 162- 371452). In concrete requirements, subject to the following arrangements, the authorized companies are prompted for tenders (so-called mini competition). The pure prequalification of a tenderer obliges Tennet not to acceptance. The prequalification is subdivided in subsequent relation (Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony / Hesse, Bavaria) and performance.
