The Norwegian Coastal Administration, hereafter called the client, invites to prequalification in connection with the procurement of Barentswatch closed services (BWLT). The Coastal Administration exercises its mission through three roles: the governing body, trade union and as a state developer, operations and managers of maritime infrastructure and maritime services and state-ownedness. The Ministry of Fisheries. The implementation is led by the Norwegian Coastal Administration, where Barentswatch is formally organized as a department. BarentsWatch also consists of a agency group and a ministry group. Barentswatch provides a collection of web -based services where data from several public agencies are compiled and made available to users of the cooperating parties. The service portfolio for the closed services with associated infrastructure solution (hereafter called BWLT) is today divided into two product areas: tracking and interaction, and joint resource register.
